Meet our Staff

Staff well-being is extremely important to us – and this is reflected in our very low staff turnover; many of our staff have been here many year and have a thorough understanding of the community and students that we serve.

We are committed to staff development and encourage our staff to complete further professional qualifications, and provide individual time for them to pursue their specific areas of interest in education.

The Governing Body

The role of the Governing Body is to be responsible for overseeing the management side of a school: strategy, policy, budgeting and staffing. They enable their school to run as effectively as possible, working alongside senior leaders and supporting teachers to provide excellent education to children.

Prospect School is extremely fortunate to have a committed, experienced and hard-working Governing Body.

If you are interested in becoming a governor, as a parent or a member of the community, please contact the Clerk to the Governors for more information. Being a Governor is an extremely rewarding and important role that is vital to ensuring excellent education outcomes for all our students.

  • Progress and Outcomes
  • Culture and Character
  • Teaching, Learning and Curriculum

The Core Leadership Team is supported by the extended leadership team and an experienced and committed team of middle leaders.
