The Governing Body
The role of the Governing Body is to be responsible for overseeing the management side of a school: strategy, policy, budgeting and staffing. They enable their school to run as effectively as possible, working alongside senior leaders and supporting teachers to provide excellent education to children.
Prospect School is extremely fortunate to have a committed, experienced and hard-working Governing Body.
If you are interested in becoming a governor, as a parent or a member of the community, please contact the Clerk to the Governors for more information. Being a Governor is an extremely rewarding and important role that is vital to ensuring excellent education outcomes for all our students.
