We would like to remind you that all students are eligible for Microsoft’s Office 365 software, which includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote and more. Please see instructions at the end of this post on how to install this on your computer or laptop.
We also now have a limited number of laptops ready to lend out to students who do not have access to a device at home. Please see attached a copy of the contract which you will need to sign. Please note an adult must sign this and we ask that only one person comes to the school to collect the laptop. We also strongly advise that you consider the measures and restrictions set out yesterday by the Government.
Our reception is currently open Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. If you would like to borrow a laptop, please e-mail email@example.com or call the school: 01189590466 to arrange a collection time. Laptops will be allocated on a first come, first served basis though we will try to prioritize families entitled to the Pupil Premium grant. Please do not come to school to collect a laptop until you have had confirmation that you have been allocated one and been given a collection time. You will also need to bring with you a form of ID, which will match the details that we hold for you, as a primary carer on our school system. I would like to stress again that you will not be given a laptop unless this has been agreed first.
